Freshness Guarantee

We guarantee that all flowers are fresh and arranged with care. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof.

Returns

  • Flowers and perishable items cannot be returned once delivered.
  • Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible.

Refunds & Replacements

If your complaint is approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the same or similar product, or
  • A partial or full refund, depending on the issue

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation is not possible.
  • Same-day delivery orders may not be eligible for cancellation.

Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are correct.
  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • If the recipient is unavailable, our team may leave the order in a safe place or attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply).

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Minor differences in design due to seasonal flower availability
  • Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, etc.)
